Romeo von Rotger is a very handsome 5-6-year-old German Shepherd.  Are you an experienced owner who wants an amazing dog, but just the ONE amazing dog?  Romeo is a calm, medium-energy Shepherd with soulful eyes and a patient expression .  This boy lives to please his owner, and he’s done quite well with training and listening – he is house-broken and can’t wait to show you his “sit, down, shake” skills.  A casualty of divorce, Romeo lost the family he loved; he puts his paws together every night and prays that someone will welcome him into a forever home.  He  had a serious talk with us when he arrived, and he let us know that it is SUPER important that he be the only dog in his forever home.  This boy has a strong  prey drive for small animals and, while he meets other dogs just fine out in the world at large (he avoids confrontation and trouble at all costs), he needs to be his new family’s “one and only” dog.  This boy is ready-made for a confident, experienced Shepherd owner.
